These terms govern your use of https://deleenterprise.co.za and any sale of goods by Dele Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. By placing an order or opening an account with us you agree to them.

Pricing & quotes

Prices on the site are pulled from our Zoho Books catalogue and shown in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where price was clearly stated in error.

Stock & delivery

Stock indicators reflect our latest sync from Zoho Books and may not represent live availability. We will confirm availability before dispatch. Delivery within Mpumalanga is quoted per route; Middelburg pickup is free.

Returns

Unused, in-original-packaging items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for credit or refund. Cut-to-length and bespoke items are non-returnable. Bulk fastener returns must be agreed with the trade desk first.

Trade accounts

30-day account terms apply only to vetted account customers. Outstanding balances after 30 days may attract interest at the prevailing prime rate plus 2%.

Liability

We supply industrial fasteners against the specifications you order. Selection of fasteners for your application remains your responsibility — we recommend working with a qualified engineer for critical structural and pressure applications. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Mpumalanga.
